Job Type: Contract (Independent Contractor)

Job Overview:
Join the Carnival Cruise Line Customer Sales Program as a Customer Sales Agent. This role involves assisting customers with bookings, answering cruise-specific questions, providing quotes, and supporting inquiries related to sales and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls to assist with customer bookings, cruise information, and sales.
• Stay up-to-date on Carnival promotions and effectively promote offers to customers.
• Transfer calls or make outbound calls for status and clarification purposes.
• Demonstrate excellent sales techniques and manage customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, manage stress, and solve problems effectively.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Technical Requirements:
• Windows 10 or 11, fully patched.
• Hardwired internet connection.
• USB noise-canceling headset.
• Dual monitors recommended.

Training & Certification:
• Phase I: Instructor-led eLearning from 12/04/2024 to 01/07/2025.
• Phase II: Certification and call-taking begins on 01/08/2025. Must complete a minimum of 20 intervals weekly.

Service Hours Available:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. ET
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET

Compensation:
• $10.50 per hour ($5.25 per interval).
• Additional sales incentives for deposits, vacation protection, and upgrades.
